Hi gang!

Long time no post. I've been around, but very busy.

I need to help some heathens who, ugh, parboil their ribs. Since I'm at work I don't have my compliment of bookmarks. Can someone please point me to the 3-1-1 method so I may enlighten the savages?

Thanks gang!

Kelly

Thanks RR! I knew Wess would have it, but didn't have the link to his web site.

They may be more easily converted with Mike's Carwash method.

Where would I find Mike's Carwash method? I've been trying to help people cook ribs, but I think I've just overwhelmed them with info. I'd be happy to give them something relatively easy that I could trust.

There is a Grape Flavored Boy on here, who accused me of par boling mine. :woohoo: So don't go to hard on them.

Ugh...parboiling. I was aching for some ribs a few weeks ago when we ate out at O'Charley's so I jumped when I saw the babybacks on the menu. They had obviously been parboiled and finished on a grill and were palatable...just. I was in a funk until I scored a couple of racks of spares and did this to them:
