Wife got 4 whole chicken breast frommy butcher a couple weeks ago and froze them till I had time to stuff them. Have stuffed this way several times b4 but always fresh. Will not stuff frozen ones again. Apairantly freezing fulls the meat apart and when you try to cut a pocket in them it just doesn't work right. It'll work for tonight. Stuffed with onion,fresh garlic, sundryed tomatoes, shrooms, parmashon cheese and aundui sausage. After rendering the mix soft add seasoned bread crumbs. Will cook at 300ish till breast temp of 165 (about 1 hour to 1 1/2)
Never done the turds b4. Bacon,sausage,cheese,peppers. No socially redeaming value except to make me double my ZOCAR colesteral meds. Sounds good! ;) Used some baby swiss and wrapped with pepper bacon off the slab. Just put it all on with a chunk of presimmon and oak.
