If I had bought my egg just for the pizza it would have been worth it.[p]Cooked my 5th and 6th ones today. They were pretty darned good. Fast becoming my favorit thing to eat on the egg. Well ok maybe not my favorite.[p]Tom

Tar Heel,
My setup included the plate setter and pizza stone. Cooked at 550. Used cornmeal on pizza stone to keep it from sticking. Also used Papa John pizza sauce recipe. Pretty good stuff. Heres the link.

Excellent choice! Four years ago I had never made pizza from scratch..tried my FIRST on the Egg using Spin's recipe....go all out and knead that dough too. magic happens. really. something about the whole play makes it wonderful. try it..
