    That is my dehydrator,i was making 7 pounds of beef jerky when i took the picture.I always do it outside because of the smell.

    Bryan, if those ideas on the thermometer and the auxillary top caps for the small and mini BGE's were your inspirations, then congratulations..They look great and should function well.
