We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

My wife and I are celebrating 20 years of marriage this week. The official day is Wed. the 23rd. She really enjoys stretching out celebrations so we started with going to downtown Memphis. We will continue to do different things this week and will probably end up on a cruise this June after she gets finished teaching. We have lived here all our lives but we haven't been downtown in several years. It was fun going back to the places where we spent all night after the high school prom, The Peabody, and some parks. I think we may one day have to go see Graceland since we have never been there.
We ate lunch at the Flying Fish, and ended the day at home where we made "The Chicken". It's nice to see the azaleas finally blooming. Sorry I only have pics of the food in the raw.
