It's hard to believe I'm this gabby. Well, ..... not really. Anyways, I've sure had a lot of fun here over the years, and boy howdy, I've learned more things than I ever thought possible. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the good times I've had.

Yeah, you are really gabby, LOL. I just got a book that stike recommended called Charcuterie by Ruhlman & Polcyn. Was Ruhlman the guy on the Ming tape I sent you, something rang a bell there. Anyway, I'm anxious to read this, Looks interesting. -RP
