1st Boston Butt

I got my large BGE about 2 months ago and just did my 1st Boston Butt. It is about 7 lbs and did it at 200 to 230 for 14 hours. Fell apart.
I want to thank all on here that provide answers and advice, sure was helpful to help me figure temp control and how to do low and slow.
