Had pulled out some chops out of freezer for supper. Caught some legs(chicken) on sale at store. Got home and saw some Jimmy Dean sausage, bacon and jalepenos in fridge . Supposed to rain tommorow so.............
Started out with legs dusted with GATOR HAMMOCK Gator Tinkle...I mean Sprinkle. Fattie with jalepenos, pepperjack cheese and Redevous Seasoning on the inside. and a couple of ABT's with cheddar and pulled pork.
Fattie got to 170 so pulled it and ABT's and threw on the chops dusted in Everglade Catus Dust. Chicken was at 145 so had to wait on them. No fear had somethin to snack on while we waited
Broke out the good china again for the special dinner :P
Got chops for tomorrow while it rains
Have a brisket in the fridge marinating for the weekend. First one so wish me luck :ermm:

MMMMMMMMMMM comfort food. Looks great. I have that same pan that you have under the chicken in the next to last pic. I think it came with my oven, anyway I took a hammer to it and now I use it for a drip pan. It works great in the large.

You been hard at it Bama. Keep saying I'm going to get one of those racks but haven't yet. Done several briskets. Fine line between done and dryed out. Every one is differant. I reather error on "undercooked" than dryed out. Just me.

Looks great!! where can I get one of those racks??
Figgie -
Figgie, got this rack at Ace Hardware. Have seen it at Lowes also. About $5-10. Made for wings and legs. Can do a dozen at a time. Legs fold up for easy storage. Spray with Pam to make clean up easier.

Where can I find that Rack you have for the chicken?

Lowe's, Home Depot, Target, Ace Hardware, or Here

Great looking cook Bama. I must question you though? Are you scared of some rain or are you made of sugar and think you might melt? I use my egg like the post office.....neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow.
