What is the prefered coming method? Temp.,time,etc.?

  • flajoker,[p]I always mix a good bit of worchestershire sauce into the burgers along with kosher salt and coarse black pepper.[p]I crank up the egg with the top off and bottom vent full open and throw the burgers on @ approx.600-700 degrees.[p]I like mine med rare but the beauty of the BGE is that even if you go well done, the burgers are still plenty juicy and don't shrink like they do on gas.[p]Usually about 4-5 minutes per side is good for me. If you have a polder thermometer you can always use that to make sure it's where you want it. 160 internal ought to be pretty close to that and still be mega juicy.[p]Good luck and enjoy...you'll be glad you spent the money.[p]P.S. Do the mustard ribs....truly the best!

flajoker,[p]I kinda like these. Only difference is I like to grind my own burger meat.
