help with brisket done way to early...

i was planning for my brisket to come off the egg between 11 and 1pm, then into the foil and the cooler for a 2 hour rest with some olive oil and apple juice. lunch at 3pm.

damn cow is ready now!

do i leave the brisket in the foil and cooler as planned for 2 hours then fridge it, or should it go straight into the fridge now?

how do you like to reheat the thing once the guests arrive?
