Trying burgers(turkey, wife doesn't eat beef) for the first time tonight. What would be the best way to cook them.
Thanks

There's so little fat in turkey or chicken burgers that they tend to fall apart on the grill. I like to add one egg and a quarter cup bread crumbs, form the burgers and refrigerate them for an hour. When it's time to cook them, I use a griddle heated to 400 degrees (dome). Spray on a light coating of Pam, grill them for 5 mins. per side.

You can also add uncooked oatmeal to them if you don't have bread crumbs. Spinach works well too, if you like it.

How much spinach? This is sounding better...
