Lots of new toys to play with today. New gasket, new iron grill, MickeyT's fire ring. Got a butt on to take down to the in-laws tomorrow.[p]As I was getting things together this morning I was thinking back on all the little tips, tricks and what have you I've learned from y'all and started wondering: "Does everyone still use all the tricks they've learned here or do they just use the newest?" For example, last summer we all seemed agog about throwing an onion on the coals but you never seem to hear anyone doing that anymore. Buttermilk seems the latest craze. Wonder what the next one will be? (I DID throw an onion on -- grin!)[p]Kelly Keefe
