Being it was National Pig Day I had to do my part.

Did a few Spicy Shrimp per AZRB. Had to test run a few just to make sure the seasoning was right

Based on this recipe alone I hereby knight AZRP honorary Coon-Ass.

Sorry to all you eggers up north. It is officially spring time in Abita.

Thanks Mike but I think I gain more from her than I get from a few burgers. It's nice to have good neighbors but thats also what she say's to me so we both win.

Great pics Mike! Not that far north of ya. 75 degrees hear and I slept it away. Had to do another graveyard. Glad you got to enjoy the weather. At least I got to ride to work tonight.

I did and everything came out perfect in my opinion. Just like everything else I try, I'm going to have to adjust for my taste. These were very good right out of the box. Not much fiddling with this recipe for sure.

Show that to a PETA member and they'll be begging for the waterboard in a matter of minutes :laugh: . It's 75 here in St. Louie today, and it's chicken legs with Cavender's Greek Seasoning for dinner. Snow and ice tomorrow...our weather is nuts. Good pics, Mike.
