Well, for me anyway. Was greeted by this letter on my door when I got home last night:
They, of course, are referring to my Eggs. I guess I knew it was just a matter of time, but I figured I had flown under the radar for over a year so I was in the clear - guess not.
I'm trying to look at this in a positive light - perhaps this is a time to get really good at baking in an oven - a time for experimentation - that I can, at some later date, apply to the Egg.
Also reminds me how much I dislike the constraints of apartment living and how much I miss owning a home - time to start house hunting again.
So, I will continue to experiment - I have moved now to pizza dough experiments - here's one from the other night:
But these results will all be from the oven, unless I'm in Augusta with pops. If you will indulge my Egg-less cooking, I will continue to share results here via photos, and do my best to help out all the newbies. But for now, and for an unknown length of time, I am

MOVE!
but the eggs are patio furniture! -
I would save that letter and attach it to your termination letter. Good thing about it being a year is that you can go month to month til you find a new place now.
-
Jason,
It appears Magnolia Vinings must be a mighty fine place with EVERYTHING in its place. It would certainly be too fine for the likes of an old, set in his ways coot, like me.
Good luck in your house hunting. At least your letter might comes at a time of low interest rates so you might be aboe to find a different, not so fine, place.
Really sorry that so many places are ruled by MBAs.
Regards,
Rich
LONG LIVE POPS!!!!! -
How much does a Proof Reader cost?
-
Sorry to hear that, Jason! They're probably cooking up something at the mothership today if you need your 'fix'! :P
-
Sorry to hear that Jason...If you want to move back to Augusta we just put our house up for sale and it has plenty of room for your eggs...Good luck on finding a new house in Atlanta and call us when your here.
Larry -
Dude..that SUX!! I say...TRex that d**n letter!!  Then tell them your eggs are decorative flower planters!!
-
Mine is quite pricey.....but the perks are nice :woohoo:
-
TRex,
I'm living just north of you in Powder Springs. You can come cook on my egg anytime! Bring Pops along, I have not seen him in years.
Jim -
That's a drag. And not even the courtesy to discuss this face to face..... I vote for moving somewheres with broad horizons where there are no rules.

Commie...Tyranical Bastards!!
Clearly ....it's time to
move!!
Egg Free...or Die!!!
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
With all your Cash...maybe yopu could help our son get a new place, or grease the palms of his present Management!!

I would use that letter to start my next fire. :woohoo:
Balcony Nazis.
Unlike others (grape boy), I would invite you my place for a day of cooking if I lived closer.
Mike -
He should sell some of that vintage grape juice and invest it in property don't ya think?

My dad used to reserve "piece of communist dog scrotum" for special occasions. I'm thinking this fits! :woohoo: -
rrrrrrrrats....
what about inviting them over to discuss it and serving them some steaks?

Well... if you need to throw them out, let me know and I'll take them away for you. I could store them on my deck for you and you could come over and cook too.
-
Sad to hear that...mmmmmmm.......why don´t you invite those guys who posted the letter to try some of your superb cooking & at the same time show them that the eggs are practically harmless" specially with your experience. ....".if you can´t beat the enemy...join him Also
I wouldn´t confine my cooking indoors.....the other way that I would look at it is as that push that is needed to find a better place & improve quality of life. All the best. Beli :( -
My thoughts exactly. The Eggs are certainly more attractive than some of the "patio furniture" you see around here.
TRex -
By the way....I just remember a famous cuote from one of my Business books. it read something like this....."We are continually faced with many great opportunuties brilliantly disguised as insoluble problems"...excuse my english.......Something good must come out of it......

Unfortunately I signed another year lease back in January, but it wouldn't be the first time I've terminated a lease early.
As much as I would like to burn the letter, as some have suggested, you better believe I'm saving this one for later!
Thanks,
TRex -
True enough - interest rates are favorable and I've already started hunting.
Long live pops indeed!
Thanks,
TRex -
Good thinking - my suspicion is that the frequency of my trips to Augusta are going to increase for sure.
Thanks,
TRex -
Where you guys lookin' to move, Larry? I think the Ward Estate may be a bit out of my price range, lol - but good luck in selling.
Look forward to chatting with you next time I'm in town.
Thanks,
Jason -
I'm just surprised that someone finally realized what these green things were - I would like to drop this letter into lava coals but I have a feeling it may come in handy at a later time.
Thanks,
Jason -
Jim, I assume you know my dad from the North Georgia Conference? Thanks for the kind words.
Jason -
Wow. Where is that and when can I move in?
Thanks,
Jason -
If you told me that day at the homestead in Houston if I'd be getting letters from an apartment management in Atlanta asking me to remove my Eggs, I would have looked at you like you had two heads. Funny how things change.
What's new in your neck of the woods, Evans?
jason -
One day, Mike, I hope to take you up on that invitation.
Thanks,
Jason
