NB,
Trying to get MollyShark to attend Waldorf this year. That's where we first met her if you remember. Ever hear fro Cat? -
Nope. Don't remember. I was just a little kid last time YOU came to Waldorf ;-)
I talked to Cat a couple times since you and I were able to round her up. Been a while though. She sent me this amazing book called "The River Cottage Meat Book" that her foodie friends were raving about. A real interesting read. I need to crack it out again. Would be really cool to see her again. We might have to go visit NYC to make it happen though.
Cheers mang!

Road trip! We're gonna see Cat again!

Ooops... (where't the duct tape). See that what happens when one gets old. I'll tell ya, gettin old isn't for the weak.
It was late, I didn't intend to post the link for the dell, I had 5 or 6 people from the forum email and asked to post when I saw a 'good deal' for a desktop.
Here is the IHOP lini...

In the absence of an actual NYC or NJ Eggfest, this thread brings to mind a different idea - how about an NYC BBQ-joint crawl? We could get a bunch of people together at a hotel convenient to NYC by train or something (to save money on the high price of hotels in NYC). Then we could start in lower Manhattan and move north, or vice versa, and stop at some of the fine BBQ restaurants the city now has to offer. So we could start at Blue Smoke, then hit Hill Country, then Daisy May's, then Southern Hospitality (http://southernhospitalitybbq.com/), which I think is going to be of interest to this crowd soon, then make it up to the Dinosaur BBQ restaurant in Harlem. Maybe even throw in RUB if time permits.
Actually, looking at what I just typed, that looks a bit aggressive and pricey. Maybe we could do 2 one day then 2 another day, and finish off at a different bar each time. And we can recruit Cat to meet us somewhere.
Clearly, this plan needs work. But let's make it happen this spring/summer!

You are the one to do the advanced planning on this. Great Idea!!
We cpuld getr Dizzy Pig to sponsor us and supply yellow and orange jackets for us to wear during the 'crawl'. Let go!
