Egg sacrifice: Trex tuna and everything else

Well kinda had to throw everything togeather tonight. Trexed tuna stakes. 650 degrees 1 1/2 min. side 10 min rest 2 min side at 400 degrees. Sweetpotatos and Irash potatos cubed and tossed with limon pepper, Toneys, and olive oil in my new Le Creusic stonewear pan covered for 45 min. then uncovered for 15 w/smoke at 400. Wife wanted the roaster and is to big. 10 1/2 inch bottom and over hangs plaetsetter on one end. Need one little smaller for the medium Egg as over hang end would have burned if didn't stir 1/2 way threw cook on taters. Brocilli wrapped in foil and tossed w/ olive oil same as taters and no knead bread. Me and wife pluse one of my single partners for the feed pluse dinner at work left over. And 100% agava while we cooked. (In moderation!) Got to be at work at 4:00 am. Grill pic seconds apart. one w/flash other with out.
