It looks bigger on the web. I am taking Thursday off. HMMMM what should I make. I also got my first bottle of DP Allpurpose rub. Smell good. I will definately try it on thursday.

    Congrats I love mine. Got to do one of two classics: St Louis ribs OR pulled pork. Suggest ribs so you can monitor the 1st cook to get used to it!!

    I've got PP in the freezer so it won't be that. I'm thinking maybe pulled beef.
