Egg rim height over table top

Hello Everyone,

After lurking since October I'm picking up my egg on Wednesday. Life is good! Anyways, I'm working on a table tonight following Naked Whiz's plans. The only thing I didn't really follow was the height of the table. With the counter top I'm sitting at 37 inches and my concern is that I'm too high now. How high over the table would you recommend the rim of the egg be??
