here are some pics of my cooks this winter!! posting these pics for Joe"painter" a forum lurker , soon to become part of the forum community and start posting his successfull cooks on the egg!! will go and help him out how to get started on here so look foward to seeing him on board !

make sure to tell him that his food may not look as good as yours!!!! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: i laugh because i have a friend who does not post does not lurk but keeps telling me that his food does not look as pretty as mine. i keep telling him hey man i took that photo after a lot of hard work... also he has no idea what the term "Listen" is he is a talker but still a buddy all the same

Nice pictures, I especially like the pulled pork. If my wife see that I know what I will be cooking tomorrow night. She just told me we are down to the last bag in the freezer.

pulled pork in the freezer is like ........ hmmm not sure but I sure am glad I have 4 left

We got a side of beef and had to small rib roasts, I am more excited about the 4 bags of pulled pork. LOL. Pulled pork pizza on the egg is the best! Julie

Nice pics, Mike. You're right, egging in the snow is the best. I was about ready to do in Wiarton Willie, our local weather forecasting ground hog, who says spring will be here soon. I much prefer the cold to the heat. Hope we soon see Painter Joe on the forum.
