Beef bottom round rump roast

Who was it that cooked this. How did it turn out and what was the method used?
I have never cooked beef on my egg but I have people who want some. King Soopers had the bygof sale so I got 2.

  • I haven't cooked bottom round before but we cook Eye of round and it makes great sammies. We do it indirect at 300° until 125° and then slice thin.

    I cook'em indirect with some hickory smoke at 325 dome until 135 internal. Rest it then cut across the grain.
