re: ribs...anyone ever
thought about putting soy-vay on some ribs and grilling them and finishing off with some sesame seeds? Saw it tonight at a restaurant and they looked pretty good.
Yes - to much soy taste for my taste buds but try it - yours may love it.

One of our family's favorites for ribs or wings is to whisk equal parts Soy sauce and honey with 1/2 part melted butter. Use this as a finishing souce. Be careful with direct heat cause the honey will burn. Sprinkle generously with seame seeds after they come off the grill cause they'll burn too. These come out sticky,sweet,salty , and tangy. Dayum i might have to make some this weekend.
I will have to try that on some wings for sure...
