Chicken recipe

There was a chicken recipe awhile back that I can't find and I was hoping someone could help me out. You pound out the breast and I think you put brocoli and cheese and some other stuff on it and roll it up and cook it. Anyone have that recipe. Thanks.

These are the notes I took from one of AZRP's posts from the fall (I think):
Take 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half, pound to 1/4" thickness. Add some cheddar and strips of jalapenos, roll up, wrap with bacon, sprinkle with Dizzy Pig Raging River.
Cook indirect on raised grid at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Can use green pepper instead of jalapenos).
I tried it a couple days ago using Swiss cheese and ham and it was good, next time I'll check for doness after maybe about 40 minutes. Hope this helps.
