Just got an email from Bruce and Cindy who makes Cin Chili:

If you haven't heard by now, this is a quick update on Cindy's appearance on THE VIEW.

Cindy will be cooking her Cin Chili for the girls
of THE VIEW, on Jan.29th, 2008 That's this coming Tuesday.

It is suppose to be a live show and she will have a 6 minute segment, showing the girls how to cook chili.

Is Cin Chili and Cincinatti Chili the same thing? I just read a great article about it in cooks illustrated.

No, Cin Chili is a mix for a texas style chili. -RP
