I know Dizzy Pig rubs rock but............just picked up a packet of Char Crust® Smoky Spicy Southwest Rub.

any thoughts on this product?

    I haven't tried that particular flavor but they make some pretty good stuff. The garlic and cracked peppercorn is so good on fish that my 15 year old son actually cooks it himself on talapia for after school snacks.
