Favorite Spatchcocked Chicken Recipe

I have my favorite cousin and his familiy coming over for dinner next Saturday and they requested chicken for dinner. Chicken is not my strong suit. So.... Please post your favorite recipe (especially the rubs and seasonings you like) for spatchcocked chicken.

I like to marinate a few hours in Italian salad dressing and then use Lawry;s Chicken & Poultry seasoning Cook raised grid indirect 350-375. , should take 60-75 minutes depending on size of bird. Here is a great site for many BGE related bit of info.

Spatchcock are really simple. I like to half-**** mine by cutting them in half. Simple seasoning such as Dizzy Dust and lightly on the olive oil will do. Cook at 375-400 (crisps up the skin) for little over an hour until the breast reaches 160-165 and the leg/thigh is above 170.
