If you like lamb, you'll love these - if you don't like lamb, you will like these burgers!
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh mint, minced
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate one to two hours to allow flavors to mingle. Form mixture into four balls, flatten into patties and grill at 350 direct 6 minutes on a side.
Suggestion: serve open-face on a toasted roll, topped with tzatziki sauce.

Ken,
These sound good. When we lived in the UK, we used to go to the pub several times a week for a minted lamb burger. Will give these a go. Thanks for posting.
Bob -
For a different flavor, here is a rub that we use for Meshoui; simply mix well with the ground lamb:
• 2 Tbs roasted and freshly ground cumin seed
• 2 Tbs roasted and freshly ground coriander
• 2 tsp ground cardamon
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1-2 tsp kosher salt -
Thanks for sharing the ideas and recipe for "Lamburgers." I'll have to try those with some tomatoes and onions, along with the tzatziki sauce on a pita.
