Potatoes on the grill, in a "grill wok", tossed in EVOO, rosemary, thyme, sage and minced garlic, cooked direct for about 40 minutes at 300 deg F dome:
Potatoes all finished:
Wife came home and asked if we can do some peppers and mushooms, sure, why not, cooked direct at 300 deg F on the cast iron grill until tender:
Flank steaks going on, grilled for 7 minutes per side direct on cast iron grill, grill running at 400 deg F dome temp:
A good time was had by all!

Thanks! I STUFFED myself on flank steak tonight!

Looks great! Somehow the egg can make even vegetables taste great. I'll have to try them on a grill wok. The airflow you get from that probably makes things cook evenly with less sticking.

That is MY kind of meal!! What did you marinate the flanker in?
Nice Job!

Thanks! I used Stubb's Beef Marinade http://www.buystubbs.com/stubbsmarinade.html that I found at the grocery store. It looked interesting so I checked it out. I have to say it was definitely a winner. A nice flavor with a bit of heat. -
Excellent work, Jack. I was looking at one of those square woks just the other day, and I think that I'll have to go back for it now.

Thanks Mike! I have two of the grill woks that I've been using forever. One is stainless stell and the other is porcelain coated steel. Both of them work great for potatoes and veggies.
