Small egg ,NEED HELP

With my small egg and full ,up to the fire ring I can get 6/1/2 hrs at 250
Please give you thoughts is this long enough ,some say 13 or more hrs
Wha t could be wrong with mine if thats the case

I don't think there really is a "set" amount of time because the size of the lump and the brand of lump will make the time vary quite a bit.
