Over the holidays I got some crab legs at Costco. Biggest I have ever seen here in the midwest. Had some NY Strip with them too.

Wow, those are huge. Drool factor is a 10 on the crab legs right now, I haven't had'em in a long time.
Just found out that my butcher is gonna have old fashion spare ribs on sale, $1.99 lb. Think I'll grab some tomorrow, cut them St. Louis style and get'em nice and tender with a 5 hour cook. I'm on a mission to feed little Steven and make him happy, the poor kid has been crying for days. So here are a few pic's of previous rib cooks.

I mixed crumbled raw Italian sausage, chopped oyster mushrooms, and shredded colby cheddar cheese. Cooked them about 45 minutes indirect on a raised grid at 350 dome. -RP
