Here is my first recipe ever. It’s all of an out of the bottle ingredient and a popular technique.

Thaw size 20 to 25 frozen uncooked shrimp (the kind with NO additives) by placing them in a 1-gallon ziplock with a quart of water,2 tbls salt, and 2 tbls sugar and ½ tsp red pepper flakes.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.


Start a high temperature direct fire for Kenny G styles Shrimp.

Skewer shrimp and paint with House of Tang- Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce.

Grill two minutes and flip and grill another two minutes per Kenny G style.
