Since we're back on the Atkins diet to shed some holiday lbs, I have to get creative with meals to stick with it. This is Alton Browns recipe and its really good. Cooked it to 170 then rested to 175.
Thin sliced it and added red onion, grape tomatoes, and msde some tzatziki sauce.
Very low carb, but could have used some pita bread. -RP
