I have seen several forums where the answered topic jumps back to the top. That way you don't have to scroll through pages to see replies to a topic. The ones not answered automatically migrate to the bottom. Is it possible for this form to be set up that way? Maybe this is the wrong place for this question.

    Yes, threads can be displayed either most recent first, or "active" first. Either way, they are sorted by time. The time can be either the thread time (the default); or, the time of the most recent reply to the thread (this is the "active" order).

    These options can be selected in your profile. Go to "Profile -> Edit my profile" and change the thread order to "active thread first". That should be what you're looking for.
