I sent an email to BGE a few weeks ago and never got an answer. Maybe if I post it here, some one will notice and respond.......

"....Hello, my name is Steve Graves, I'm the operator of Ask-A-Butcher.com, a
forum participant (Rumrunner), an owner & proud user of Big Green Eggs,
owner of other ceramics and a 'special' dealer for Primo Grills & Smokers
(as well as a Primo Chef and Primo's official butcher). I love ceramic
cooking and will not bad mouth either brand.

Why this email? Ceramic grills are almost non-existent here in Southwest
Florida (Ft.Myers) and lately I've held demo's outside my restaurant. Yes, I
have sold some Primo's, but I do have some people that are looking for a
smaller' ceramic grill, which BGE offers and Primo does not. An acquaintance
wants an Egg, so I looked up dealers in our area. This one is closest to us

......so, Greg called them to see if they had any "Big Green Eggs" and was
told, "No, not the Big one, but we have others". Well, he wants a Med or
Small anyways, so he goes there. NO BGE's at all!! None, el zippo, zilch....
the "others" they were referring to were high end gassers. They also didn't
offer any Egg literature ( I have some, so gave him mine). I feel that this
is a major disservice to Big Green Egg and their presence in this area.

Other than having to travel over a 100 miles to Todd's Performance Parts, in
Lakeland, Fl (who IS an eggcellent Egg dealer, by the way), is there any
other choice for seeing and buying BGE's? What is the best way for my friend
to actually get his hands on one?

Thank you for your attention on this matter. Also, a BIG thank you for such
a great product..
