hey yall!!
well, in case you dont know me im VWGal's cousin ,and im 17 years old, and have been at the eggfest for the past two years,and for the past two years i've been longing for an egg. well my wish for an egg has finally come true!! this morning right before me and my dad were going to leave my uncles house in GA to head back home in SC, i got a large big green egg!! sooo now i dont know what i should cook on it tomorroww. i think im goin to cook some beef spareribs. does anyone have a good recipe? it would be greatly appreciated

I think I would do some good hamburgers fist time around. Maybe cause I would love to have some myself. Personally, I don't like beef ribs. I think they are too greasy.

i agree that they are greasy, but my moms jewish and can't have pork (more for me but hambergers dont sound too bad neither. thanks
