Cooking Boston Butt and Ribs
Will have large group over next week. Plan on cooking at least 2 8lb Boston Butts and 6-8 slabs. Will be pressed for space to do all at one time. Any suggestions?[p]Thanks for your help

Cook the butts ahead of time and then cooler them... they will keep for several hours.
What size egg are you using?

I have a large egg. Will probably cook 3 butts plus ribs. I assume at least 4 1/2 hours for ribs, so hopefully butt will last that long in cooler.
