Anyone know how a trex ribeye will turn out. I know it is good with thick strips but wondering about a ribeye since it is a more marbled cut.[p]Thanks to all as usual

<p />Ronbo,[p]Go for it. The sear-rest-roast works great on most thick (> 1.5") cuts of meat.[p]Cheers,[p]TRex

Kinda like this, if you cook it to 125[p]Steak033.jpg[p][p]You're going to have to supply your own sprouts and pilaf.[p]Merry Christmas
