<p />Well, they're done... 21 hours and some change for all 5. I kicked the temp up to 325-350 for the last couple of hours after covering them with foil. I have 3 very satisfied neighbors... one very surprised since they didn't know it was coming. :)

I coolered them for a couple of hours and they were some kind of moist... another wonderful eggsperience.
