So far so good with the Kroger lump... it lit well and has a pleasant aroma, kind of sweet. The rest of the bag only had a few pieces bigger than those shown in the earlier pic... all in all, the pieces were medium to small for the majority.

Hey Broc, since 3 of them are for neighbors, I guess you could say I have my neighbors butt. LOL
They are rocking along 3 hours in...egg is steady at 240 and (my neighbors) butt is at 105. Does that make him a "hot a$$"???
I expect to be busy between noon and 3pm tomorrow...

wrobs,[p]Curious.....do you rotate the meat as I would think the ends that go past the plater setter would get too much heat and dry out. I was never able to do more than 2 butts. Just curious how yours turned out?[p]Howard
