how long does it stay good for? Been in the fridge for about 1.5-2 weeks.

    I'd say toss it. No reason to spend a day in the bathroom wishing you at McDonalds instead. I'd say 5-6 days is all I'd push it....even smoked. A frig just gets opened too much to keep cooked food longer than a few days.
