[p]here is my egg holding 250 with ease in negative 22 weather not counting the wind chill!!!
[p]here are the roast ready to get pulled off the egg.....
[p]and last but not least here is the final product after resting for 1.5 hours wrapped in foil covered with a thick towel!! it came out nice and juicy!! this took a total of 15 hours! never had to touch the egg thanks to the digi q II !! a must for all eggers in my opinion.
and a big thanks to little steven as a true egger he walked me trought the whole thing and even gave me his cell and home phone to get a hold of him for any questions or concern!! steven you're a great guy!!! THANKS

mikeb6109,[p]Nice pork - looks like you got a nice smoke ring on those puppies. [p]That snow on your egg is baby - here's my egg this afternoon. I shoveled it off and discovered my buried plate setter and rain cap, and by the time dinner came around, it was covered again with about the same amount of snow. So I said to hell with it and made spaghetti indoors. I did manage, however, to dig out my mini again and move it in front of the deck door to cook some scallops!!![p]

mikeb6109,
Nice looking pork. I recently got the digi q and will never cook without it.
Where did you get that ring extender thats hanging off the egg table? I could put that to good use!
Thanks
B-Marlin
