I would like to slow cook them at 230 for 2-3 hours. Will that wreck them?[p]Thanks![p]Ed

Why would you want to? I'm sure you can, but I don't have a clue about results.
These were 425-450 indirect, nice crisp bacon.[p]Mike

Egginator,[p]It won't take that long but you can cook them at that temp. I've put them on all around my ribs at 230-260 dome and cooked them to have ready midway between the rib cook to tide us over. I also put them out near the edges so they got a little more direct heat between the open area of the XL plate setter.

Car Wash Mike,
Like all other products, I cook ABTs @ 225-250...until the bacon is crisp.

Car Wash Mike,
Had to take a break preparing for a party at my house to drop by a party at another house. Had just taken the PP off and thought I'd let the ABT' cook while I was gone. They seem ok, not done yet.[p]Thanks[p]Ed
