<p />I decided I would take a look, and the Thermapen told me 4 of the 6 were done and ready to come off....A pretty sight for an egger....Right around 16 hours or so of cook time[p]And just to prove it does happen....the guru pit probe is clipped to the cooking grid, as can be seen above..not sure why it came out so blurry...the temps are after some 14 hours or so...[p]XL45guru.jpg
