It's lookin like 2...LOL...Most of it will go into foodsaver bags and in the freezer for later times.....2 of the butts are for a co-worker.....My motto is...If you're gonna go to the trouble of doing one butt, you might as well just fill the egg up, doesn't change to cook at all....[p]Wess

We typically just sauce it on the bun or plate...it's pleny juicy right now...I figure I will start to pull it in about another hour, still so hot you can't handle it..LOL[p]Wess

We like brussels sprouts (which were the ONLY vegetable I used to hate) if they are not overgrown, roasted after tossing in oil. In the Egg, they are divine.[p]My sister has a recipe for hashed brussels sprouts and they are equally delicious. But roasted, they are pure heaven in vegetable form.

I had my red Snap On EZ up over top...wasn't sure what the weather was gonna do and when it was gonna do it...So everything is kinda glowing red, shoulda prolly used the flash....[p]Wess
