Yes, I have cooked them on the mini. We were in Indy, camping during the Formula 1 racing, and took the mini along. I used two 7" Doughmaker's pizza pans (they come in a box of four) with a rack in between. The cookie dough, which was store-bought, was baked on the top one at 350º. It was a nice treat after a great meal. JCA

Will you please discribe the looks of a "Doughmaker's pizza pan" so that I can find something like it. I want to do cookies in my Mini. Thanks

J Appledog,[p] I've seen these things -- they have the pebbly pattern on the bottom! If you want more, Chef's Catalog has a set in their "Chef's Finale" closeout section.
