Barbecued Spaghetti...........

It is 11:30 PM and my wife is pestering me to go to bed but I have to tell you about the Barbecued Spaghetti I read about, tried and enjoyed from Smoke & Spice.
Cook the noodles in water as usual but instead of the tomato sauce and hamburger, use your favorite bbq sauce and some of that shredded pork butt or brisket you cooked this weekend.

Marv,[p]That does sound good. I'm also thinking a baked version of this would be good. Combine the spaghetti, sauce, pork, and some parmesian cheese in a dutch oven, then bake that in the BGE until it firms. I've never tried this, but it would "sounds" good as I type.[p]--sdb
