The wifey and I just finished our evening meal of a Chef salad. Instead of our usual grilled chicken for the protein involved, we used pulled pork instead. Absolutely delish. Highly recommended from our household. The wife says to post it as it's a keeper. This from the gal who still likes her bbq sandwiches made with ground beef.(sloppy joes?) Another way to use up the frozen pork that builds up in the freezer because I think I have to cook them butts when they go on sale, and I accumulate large quantitys of vacuum packed meals. Give it a try sometime.[p]Painter

    Painter,[p]There used to be a Q place in Blytheville, AR (The Dixie Pig for any of you ex-Air Force folks who used to frequent it) who had this one on their menu. Called it a "Pig Salad". It was always one of my faves. I agree with you, it's a keeper and worth trying!
