Mini Mad Max...plus a Fattie

I had a lot of leftover herbs, onions, lemons, etc, from Thanksgiving so I decided to smoke a chicken ala Mad Max (for practice). This was my first free range, no hormone, tushy massaged, over priced bird.
The end result was fantastic, yet I ventured away from the MM script and slow cooked at 250F, rising to 275 in the end.
The carcass will be put to good use tomorrow for some fantastic soup.
And since the grill was hot, I decided to throw on a fattie.
