The wife and I tried it tonight. Good stuff! A definate keeper here, folks. We did a couple of little regional changes (I didn't have any orange wood to smoke with and we couldn't get the sauce he uses, so we used Knorr's - when we make it again we'll thin the sauce down a bit), but boy was it some good eats.[p]Try it!
