Flat Iron Steak.......Best Way To Cook
I have some Flat Iron Steaks, whatever they are. They looked good in the meat case anyway. Is there any special way to prepare and grill these, or just do it like any steak. I don't want to burn them up, or to be tough like leather, so I need some expert advice.
