I am putting on a 6 3/4 lb. turkey breast. If the dome temp is set for 325, how long should I cook it? Also when testing the internal temp, where should I insert the probe?[p]Thanks for the help

pooter,[p]I would guess the 6.75 pounder will be done in 1:45 to 2:00 at 325.[p]Insert the probe into the deepest part of the breast. I go in between the wing joint and the neck and go in about 3 inches.[p]Pull it at 160* maximum and let rest for 30 minutes under a foil tent before carving.
