Given the tone and content of recent threads, my reflections of tinights January 13 BarBQ here in DC tonight might be on or off topic (?) :0)
We've had incredible weather here lately, so what to do? RIBS!!! And of course devilled eggs, corn, biscuits, hash browns...and plenty of bones!!! Cheated a bit on the ribs by pre-steaming, then egged for 4+ hours, and was worth every minute past bedtime (for the kids - they're tucked in now so I don't care). Tonight was a success because of all the friendly and compassionate folks on this site who have patiently guided me through more than just a few blunders. Thanks!!!
